Practicing as a financial advisor since 1984, Paul's background covers accounting, financial services and insurance. He also served as tax manager for an international corporation. This diverse background enables Paul to provide clients with comprehensive wealth-building strategies designed to create, grow and protect and preserve wealth. As a certified business development coach, he works with entrepreneurs, business owners, and professionals to create better businesses and lives though a unique coaching program.

A practicing accountant since 1983, Chris' background includes experience working for a small regional accounting firm in Maryland managing a professional client base. His duties included the preparation of financial statements and quarterly reports, pension plan returns, tax returns, payroll returns, as well expense account analysis, bank reconciliation and tax-planning services for corporate and individual clients. He also assisted management in the training of new staff accountants.

Practicing as a financial advisor since 1984. Leslie's background includes working for a prominent financial services company in a District Manager position. Her duties included the management and training of representatives in the areas of business and personal finance. In company training programs, she taught a broad range of subjects including estate planning strategies, buy-sell arrangements and charitable giving techniques.

David started his career at Arthur Andersen & Co. in 1985 where David was quickly introduced to the dynamics of running small and medium sized businesses in various industries.

Working as a financial advisor since 1998 and with Strebel Planning Group since 2006. Broker affiliation is currently with The Comprehensive Group.

Jim was raised in Buffalo, NY and attended college in Fredonia, where he received a BS in Business Administration, followed by supplemental coursework in accounting to sit for his CPA. Jim served as a Vista Volunteer for a year in California, post graduation.

Anna has been with The Strebel Planning Group since 2008 and has been an Administrative Assistant since 2005. As an assistant to the Financial Advisors, her duties include coordinating Financial Plan and Investment reviews, account withdrawals, online portfolio access, and the technical aspects of your investment accounts.

Evie started with The Strebel Planning Group in 2005, and works with new and returning tax clients to help them make the best use of our services, as well as navigate the ever changing criteria for income, sales and payroll tax compliance, manage their bookkeeping, and aiding clients to comprehend difficult tax situations.

Crystal started at The Strebel Planning Group in 2004 as a part time administrative assistant and has grown into the position of bookkeeper and computer operator for the firm. Additionally, Crystal supports the tax team in a wide variety of areas.

Graduate of Ithaca High School and Central City Business Institute. Worked as a secretary prior to her three children's births then a stay-at-home mom until the youngest was in school. In 2005, after being employed for 23 years at a family planning agency as administrative assistant to the CEO, staff and board of directors, Diane decided it was time for a change and started working for The Strebel Planning Group as assistant to Leslie Strebel at her home office.

Joined The Strebel Planning Group in 2002 as Leslie's assistant. She now is the Director of Marketing and IT Manager and supports the overall organization in human resources and operations.

Leslie Quest is the founder of Keeping Track, a new service to help individual clients manage their personal day-to-day finances.
