Who is Financial Solutions?

Hi, my name Leslie Strebel and I am the President of Financial Solutions. I founded the company after working in the financial services industry for 13 years. After my first year in the industry, I gained managerial responsibilities and spent the next 12 years not only providing financial solutions to my clients, but also helping people to start and succeed in the financial services business. That business model would not last, however. I saw a fundamental shift in the industry, away from companies that mandated minimum sales requirements and towards independent brokerage networks. I also came to realize that the independent approach was the only way to serve the needs of my clients.

I am still committed to providing the products and services that I had always offered. Only now, the purchasing decisions are based squarely on my clients and me, without the influence of a controlling company’s requirements.

I care about people and want to help. More than once, clients have purchased insurance products from me that provided a great deal of security for themselves and their families. And more than once, clients have had to rely on the policy benefits for economic survival. It’s that rewarding feeling of being responsible for one of the few good things that was happening in a person’s life, when everything else seemed to be falling apart, that drives me to continuously improve my services and offer my clients the very best in financial solutions.

Combining this commitment to create and maintain the financial security of my clients, with access to an entire universe of providers, and coupled with the delivery of outstanding client service, together, point to the company known as Financial Solutions.
