Business Analysis Questionnaire

Take the first step by participating in our Business Needs Analysis, where you will discover the limitations that keep you from getting everything that you want from your business.

Working with a trained and experienced business development coach you will explore and uncover issues essential to the future growth and development of your business.

The meeting is an opportunity to discuss and explore your business issues in a completely open and non-threatening environment with a Certified E-Myth Consultant. A report will be provided to you outlining the three critical areas of concern together with recommended solutions.

There is no charge for this analysis. The meeting is done via the telephone and we pay for the call. It’s a risk-free way for you to explore your business and discover solutions to your most pressing concerns.

Specific Instructions

For each business area, there is a worksheet containing a list of statements business owners and managers frequently express. Please read each statement and mark the “Agree” column if you agree with the statement, or “Disagree” if you don’t. Add any other concerns or issues you have in the space provided at the end of each worksheet. The survey should take no more than 30 minutes to complete.

Once you have submitted your completed worksheets, someone from our office will contact you to arrange for a date and time for you to meet with a Business Development Coach. It’s that easy!
